Welcome to Burnt Creek Watch Company, a DBA of Byram Companies LLC, based in North Dakota. By accessing or using our website (burntcreekwatch.com), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. General Conditions
By using our site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
Orders may be canceled or modified within 7 days of placement. After this period, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to processing and production timelines.
3. Warranty
All watches sold by Burnt Creek Watch Company include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship 4 weeks after placement, with delivery expected within 4–7 business days via ground shipping.
We do not ship internationally, to PO boxes, hotels, or freight forwarding addresses.
A signature is required upon delivery for your protection.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information on eligibility, process, and timelines.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated payment system. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Shopify.
7. Reviews & User Content
We welcome customer reviews and feedback. By submitting a review, you grant Burnt Creek Watch Company the right to use, reproduce, and display your content on our website and marketing materials.
We reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive, misleading, or violates our policies.
8. Privacy
We do not collect personal customer data beyond general regional analytics used to improve our services. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
